WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE!!!

HEY FRIENDS!! I have some Grand news!!!! So before I started my Vegan lifestyle I weighted 222lbs... I now weigh 204lbs!!!! I've lost 18lbs so far!!!! I already feel a difference in the way my cloths fit! Today since it is so nice out I wanted to pop on my swim suit and go outside, well guess what... IT DOESNT FIT ANYMORE!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Thank you all who have been reading my Blog and supporting me through this journey! You all mean the world to me and I couldnt do it without you all by my side!! THANK YOU! This isnt over yet, I have a long way to go, but with strength I will beat this!! Love you all!!!!!!!!!

  6. Cindy, I am so so proud of you! I too struggle with this same issue, and I have trailed the vegan lifestyle before. I loved the way I started to feel, but then slacked off because of the cost and financial situation. However, I have been re-visiting the lifestyle as my body clearly canNOT handle dairy products whatsoever! So why not cut out gluten too? But I am struggling to try and make "kid friendly" and appealing lunches for Lehana to take to school and want to eat. She loves pizza, grilled cheese, tacos, macaroni and cheese and ICE CREAM! You are much better in the kitchen than I will ever be so let me know if you can come up with anything for me to try to feed her. This is so awesome that you are doing this Cindy! Hope you don't mind me doing it with you!!! Love you and miss you!!
